The space

This private home has been built with all the luxuries a resort offers. Outside fireplace, hot tub, and many more features. This home is within walking distance of Tin City and 5th Avenue. (7/10th of a mile)

The house is being rented as a 2 bedroom, each bedroom has an in-suite full bath with walk in showers. These are the pictures you see. The master bedroom is not photographed and it is locked out.

If you need a shuttle from the Ft. Myers airport, please let us know.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the home which is a two bedrooms (both queen sized) 2 1/2 bath room expansive outdoor lanai with fireplace, pool with hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The master bedroom is locked off (no one will be there) and therefore not shown in any of the pictures.

The pool heating is additional
A picture of the gas tank will be provided showing the level of the tank - each 1% is $25 dollars. Jacuzzi used very little gas.

Sit on the dock and watch sunset, and for the kayak enthusiastic, rentals are available across the street!

Additional notes

This home was built with a resort ambiance. The lanai offers outside kitchen with under counter refridge, under counter freezer and an oversize gas grill. The lanai has southern exposure so it has lots of sun. Lanai has 4 lounge chairs, large dining table with 8 chairs and two pool chairs to relax while soaking your feet in the deck area of the pool. The lower level grass area provides lots of shade under the 20 foot palm trees and has beautiful tropical plantings all around you. A stone patio has 4 reading chairs. Dock has two 4 chairs. Inside, you will have an open concept design that provides beautiful views from every corner.
The living room TV is an Apple TV, sign on to your Netflix, Hulu or Prime.
Bedroom TVs are Roku.
The pool may be heated at an additional fee based on consumption.

The property manager lives in Naples and can answer all your questions. We are always just a phone call away and have a service team should anything come up.

Neighborhood overview

The location is fabulous because its within walking distance to 5th Avenue (if you can walk 1 mile).
This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that you keep the noise level down after 10pm

Getting around

There is plenty to do within walking distance.
We can provide a car service. Taxi/Uber/Lift are also available for pick up. Hertz has a rental agency within walking distance should you want to rent a car for just 1 day to go to the Everglades.

House Rules

This is a home, not your typical rental. Kindly respect the home.

**Please provide the names of all guests - Only registered guests may be in the home. Prior Approval required for visitors.
** Please use only plastic glassware around the pool and hot tub for the safety of all guests.
** When using the chaise lounge chairs, please lift the chair and roll to your desired spot- do not drag because it leaves black rubber marks on the white travertine stone.
**Trash days are Monday and Recycle on Thursday- kindly put out the barrels accordingly.
At departure: put all dirty towels and sheets by the laundry room.
Please start the dishwater when you leave.
If you used the grill, kindly brush off after using it - Also, please let us know that you used it.
