The space

This oversized 3 bedrooms offers larger bedrooms, largest kitchen floor plan with 2 sinks, and a walk in Laundry room.
Fully stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach toys, this condo has everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Guest access

Guests must register with THE CLUB in order to use the 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna rooms, steam room, gym, tennis, and Member's Lounge. In addition, THE CLUB provides free shuttle to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and the Pier Beach. The Club Fees are Paid DIRECTLY to THE CLUB at your arrival.

June 1 to October 31
$159 Temporary Membership + $50 Daily Resort Fees (plus tax)
COVERS ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO.

November 1 to May 31
$250 Temporary Membership + $60 Daily Resort Fees (plus tax)

FOR GUESTS STAYING 39 DAYS OR LONGER, A FLAT $1500 RATE APPLIES plus Temporary Membership Fee.
COVERS ALL GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO.

The Hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach, it leaves every hour on the hour from your front door.
If you choose to drive to the beach, it’s located 1.7 Miles to the beach. Shuttle will also stop at 5th Ave and 3rd Street.

There is so much to do in Naples! You can rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boats and motor boats at the Naples Bay Resort. If you are looking for a spa treatment, Naples Bay Resort has it too! The zoo is just 1 mile away, and the Botanical Garden is a beautiful park. Cambier Park on 5th avenue offers bocce, basketball and an incredible interactive children's park. Theater and art galleries are wonderful in Naples.
Consignment store, thrift shops and antique stores are a fabulous in Naples - you never know what you will find in these stores.

November 1 thru April 30 - 7 night minimum stay
